Who can apply
Residents of Odisha aged 60 and above, widows, and persons with disabilities, subject to the income ceiling.

Aadhaar, age proof, income certificate, bank passbook and a photograph.
How to apply
Apply at your Block or ULB office, or online through the SSEPD portal. Sanction is issued by the Block Development Officer.
